Yes, most bookings can be modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings" and select the booking you wish to modify.

Is my booking confirmed immediately?

Most bookings are instantly confirmed. For some experiences, you may receive a confirmation within 24 hours pending availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our standard policy allows free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Some providers may have stricter policies which will be clearly shown at booking.

How long do refunds take?
