Dibek Traditional House is one of Cappadocia's most authentic culinary experiences — a family-run cave restaurant set in a centuries-old stone house in the heart of Göreme. For three generations, the family has served recipes passed down from grandmothers, using local produce, hand-ground spices, and traditional earthenware cooking.
