You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial travel planning and booking purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false reviews, scraping data, or conducting fraudulent transactions.
To access certain features you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the individual service providers. Prices displayed are in EUR unless otherwise stated. Cappadocia Turkey Travel acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for service delivery, which is the sole responsibility of the partner operator.
Cancellation policies vary by service provider and are clearly displayed at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days. Cappadocia Turkey Travel's service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
By submitting a review or other content, you grant Cappadocia Turkey Travel a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, publish, and display that content. You confirm that your content is truthful and does not infringe any third-party rights.
All content on this platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Cappadocia Turkey Travel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cappadocia Turkey Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any travel experience booked through the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page.
