Tour Description
Turkish and English speaking guide accompanied by our company’s special service between 09:30 and 09:45 we will take you from your hotels and start our Red Tour of Cappadocia with Uchisar Kale Panorama, the first place of our route. Our guide will give you information about your location and we will stop for a photo shoot around Uchisar Castle.
We’ll move to the Goreme Open Air Museum, which is our second stop.
In the Goreme Open-Air Museum, which has been on the Unesco World Heritage list since 1985, you can see rock churches, chapels carved from the outside by the first Christians, and an Orthodox monastery where those who escaped Roman persecution took refuge.
On the walls of churches and chapels you can see frescoes that are unusual thousands of years old. The frescoes on the walls have survived to this day and have survived to this day.
Now we move on to the Valley of love. Aşk Valley, one of the most important places of Cappadocia region, admires itself with its magnificent structures. You can admire the grandeur of fairy chimneys in the appearance of a cylinder with a hat on it. You’ll have to wait in line to take pictures of the gorgeous reflections of love symbols. These formations are sure to amaze you with their grandeur, size and appearance, which push the boundaries of their charm with their distinctive colors.
Our next stop is Paşabağı-Zelze. Here is a chapel built in the name of Saint Simeon and many rock venues. The densest place of fairy chimneys is the ruins of Zelve, which consists of 3 Valleys. This Is Christian 9. and 13. it is an important settlement and religious center, where they have settled for centuries. The churches of Geyikli, fish and grapes are the most important churches in this valley and belong to the iconoclastic period. In addition, there are many structures that lived up to 1952.
Then we will take a short trip to Çavuşin Village, a historical and ancient Greek Village.
We pause for a Cappadocia-specific lunch at a local restaurant and then head to Avanos.
This is a center that hosted terracotta and pottery and ceramic workshops in the Hittite civilization in the 2000s BC. Here you have the chance to watch and experience traditional pottery art.
The clay soil used in the construction of pottery comes from Kızılırmak, also known as Hallys in ancient times, which passes through Avanos and is the longest river in Turkey.
We will visit the pottery workshop. You will be able to watch The Making of dishes and pottery and also try the making of dishes and pottery.
Then we will go to Devrent Valley (Dream Valley).
In Devrent Valley, which will adorn your dreams, you can see the rocks and shapes formed in contrast to the existing rock shapes up close.
We move on to Urgup as the last stop. Many Turkish series (such as Asmalı Konak, Yer gök aşk, Aşk ve Mavi, the Avenger of snakes, Maria and Mustafa and Emerald Anka) were shot. You will also see the three beautiful fairy chimneys, which are the symbol of Cappadocia.
At the end of the day, we will end our Red tour of Cappadocia by visiting one of Cappadocia’s natural-made wineries and you will be returned to your hotel with our service.
